Double Trouble: Basai road in Gurugram sees second pothole in 48 hours

Gurugram:  The rain continues in Gurugram. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert until Wednesday. In such a situation, the problem of waterlogging and road collapse is at its peak in all the areas of Cyber City Gurugram. Recently, two days ago, the road collapsed in front of the Basai Post Office on Basai Road in Gurugram. The district administration has not been able to compensate for that pothole yet. But the road collapsed near the Arjun Nagar area on Basai Road on Monday morning. Due to this, people are facing a lot of trouble. A 7 to 8-foot-deep pothole has formed on the road.

It is being told that the main water line is going under this pothole, and due to its leakage, this incident has come to light. All the people passing through this route are facing trouble due to being stuck in a jam for hours.

The pothole that was earlier on Basai Road is not even a kilometre away from this pothole. As a result, the wheels of vehicles have stopped on Basai Road.

However, the residents have barricaded the pothole to prevent any incident.
