“ASI and SHO Suspends Over Delayed Resolution of Case”

Haryana: Sanjay Colony Police Station in-charge Shyambir Khatana has been suspended for negligence in the case of fight. ASI Dinesh Kumar, who was investigating this case, has been suspended. The matter is being investigated.

A few days ago, there was a fight between two parties in Sanjay Colony Police Chowki area. One party was getting hurt a lot. A complaint was made in this matter at the police post. Both the parties were called to the post, but the case was not registered.

While there are orders from higher officials that if someone is getting hurt a lot, then the case must be registered first. But this was not done here. People of one party appeared before the Police Commissioner and told that they were injured so much, despite this the case was not registered.

The Police Commissioner (Faridabad Police) handed over the investigation of the case to DCP NIT Kuldeep Singh. The investigation revealed the negligence of the post in-charge Shyambir and ASI Dinesh. The DCP said that action has been taken against both and an investigation has been started. Police Commissioner Rakesh Kumar Arya has given strict instructions that the victims must be heard in the police station and post.

Immediate action should be taken on the complaint and a case should be registered. Strict action will be taken against those who make the victims run around. Despite this, some post and police station in-charges are not implementing the order. Such people are on the target of the Police Commissioner.
