Kurukshetta : A shocking news is coming from Didar Nagar where a girl from Hisar committed suicide by hanging herself in her PG. She was studying MA English from DAV College, Pehowa. When the reasons for suicide were known, everyone was shocked. Actually, the girl had hanged herself because her dog named Pinku had died a month ago.
A suicide note was found in her room, in which it was written that she was going to Pinku. Relatives say that Pinku was the name of their dog, which died a month ago.
When the PG operator came to know about it, he informed the police and the girl’s relatives. Relatives say that they used to talk to Geetika daily.
Action has been taken under section 174. Post mortem was done and the body was handed over to the relatives. The viscera will be sent to Madhuban lab for testing. The suicide note is also being investigated thoroughly.
