Pehowa: In Pehowa town of Kurukshetra, a 14-year-old girl ended her life by hanging herself under suspicious circumstances. The family members informed the police about the incident. The police reached the spot took the body in their custody and sent it to LNJP Hospital in Kurukshetra for postmortem. The police registered a case and started the investigation.
According to the information received, a 14-year-old girl committed suicide by hanging herself at home in Pooja Colony of Pehowa. At the same time, the family has accused a boy of harassing their daughter. Due to this, their daughter committed suicide.
Sub-Inspector Hansraj said that the police had received information that a 14-year-old girl had ended her life by hanging herself from the ceiling fan in the house.
He said that the family members allege that a boy from the colony used to harass their daughter and due to him their daughter has taken this step. He said that further action is being taken in the case.
