A tragic road accident took place at Sector 9-11 Chowk on Delhi Road in Hisar, in which a nurse riding a scooty was crushed by a heavy vehicle. The nurse died on the spot in this accident. After the incident, the driver fled from the spot. The police have sent the body to the civil hospital for post-mortem.
According to the information received, the deceased has been identified as Reena, wife of Vaibhav, a resident of Bhawana village in Hisar, who was working as a nurse in Jindal Hospital. Reena was on night duty at this time and at around 7:30 am on Friday, she was returning home after finishing her duty. During this time, an unknown heavy vehicle crushed her at Sector 9-11 Chowk.
As soon as the information about the accident was received, the Dial 112 team of the police reached the spot. Her helmet was also found lying near the deceased’s scooty. The police have informed the family members of the deceased and started investigating the matter. At present, the police is engaged in searching for the unknown driver.
