Mandi : BJP candidate from Mandi parliamentary seat of Himachal Pradesh, actress Kangana Ranaut held a road show before filing nomination papers on Tuesday.
After filing nomination, BJP candidate Kangana will address the public meeting at the historic Seri stage. BJP National Vice President Saudan Singh and State President Rajiv Bindal will be specially present. BJP MLAs coming under Mandi parliamentary constituency are also present.
Kangana lashed out at Congress
Kangana Ranaut said that the people of Mandi and their love for me have brought me here. In our country, women are making their mark in every field. A few decades ago, incidents of female foeticide used to be more frequent in Mandi. Today the women of Mandi are in the fields of army, education and politics. Kangana said that the anti-national mentality of the Congress Party is a matter of concern for the country.
