Congress to take out candle march in Shimla, CM Sukhu and others to take part

Congress leaders will take out a candle march in Shimla today to pay tribute to those killed in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, State Congress in-charge Rajni Patil, Congress State President Pratibha Singh, Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri, the entire cabinet, Congress MLAs, Shimla Mayor, Deputy Mayor, councillors and party workers will participate in it.

This candle march will start from Naz Sher-e-Punjab at 6.30 pm and will be taken out till the Ridge. It will conclude in front of the statue of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on the Ridge. Tributes will be paid to those killed in the terrorist attack here.

Protests at various places in Himachal

Let us tell you that the whole country is angry with the Pahalgam terrorist attack. The entire Himachal was closed yesterday. All shops were closed in many cities till 11 am and in Shimla till 1 pm. Rallies are being held in protest against the terrorist attack at various places. Through these, strict action against the terrorists is being demanded.
