Discussion on Himachal Congress organization in Delhi today: Sukhu-Pratibha to attend CWC meeting

New Delhi: Himachal Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu and Congress state president Pratibha Singh will attend the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting in Delhi today. A strategy will be made to strengthen the Congress organization in the CWC. Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri is also in Delhi today. His meeting with the Union Minister is likely.

After the CWC, CM Sukhu will meet Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge and invite him to attend the two-year celebration program of the Himachal government. During this, discussions can also be held regarding cabinet expansion and reshuffle, because one ministerial post is still vacant in the state.

Similarly, two ministers can be dropped from the Shimla parliamentary constituency. In their place, a minister from the Shimla parliamentary constituency can be crowned. Sukhu can talk to Kharge and Rahul Gandhi today regarding this. Sukhu has already discussed this with Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal and the state Congress in-charge. However, the decision to drop ministers is not easy for CM Sukhu.

Sukhu and Pratibha Singh can also discuss with the high command about the new organization of Congress in the state, because Mallikarjun Kharge has dissolved the state, district and block executive of Congress in Himachal. The process of forming a new executive is underway. For this, for the first time, the high command has appointed four observers at the parliamentary constituency level and observers in all 12 districts.
