Chamba: Himachal is celebrating its 78th foundation day today. A state level program will be held on Himachal Day in Pangi, a remote area of Chamba. CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu will hoist the flag here. Cabinet ministers will hoist the flag in the districts.
Today, the eyes of the people of the state are fixed on the address of CM Sukhvinder Sukhu and his announcements, because the Chief Minister makes big announcements every time on Himachal Day. CM Sukhu can announce Rs 1500 each for more than 2200 women of Pangi region today.
Apart from this, employees and pensioners are also expected to get arrears and dearness allowance (DA). CM Sukhu can also make a big announcement for other sections of the society today.
CM spent the night with the people of Pangi
CM Sukhu spent the eve of the foundation day among the people of the tribal area. He has become the first CM to stay in the tribal area Pangi on the eve of Himachal Day in the 77 years of the establishment of the state. During this, he listened to the problems of the local people and laid the foundation stone of many development schemes in the area.

Himachal Day will be celebrated with great enthusiasm in the state today. Assembly Deputy Speaker Vinay Kumar will preside over the program in Bilaspur district. Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri will hoist the tricolor in Mandi and Health Minister Dhaniram Shandil will hoist the tricolor in Dharamshala, Kangra.
