Hamirpur: A dead body of a person has been found in a drain in Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh. The incident took place in Dosadka of Sujanpur. The deceased has been identified as Shivsharan, a resident of Mihadpur of Gram Panchayat Dadla.
Shivsharan used to run a shop in another village. He was missing since March 16, and a missing person report was filed in the local police station on March 23. Sujanpur SHO Rakesh Dhiman said that a local person saw the body in the drain and informed the police. The body was badly damaged.
According to the police, the family of the deceased has not expressed any suspicion on anyone. Village Panchayat Pradhan Jagan Katoch has also confirmed the identity of the deceased. The police is investigating the matter.
