Shimla : Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge will address a public meeting in Rohru under Shimla parliamentary constituency today. Kharge will reach Rohru at 10.50 am and address a public meeting in favor of party candidate Vinod Sultanpuri.
During the public meeting in Rohru, Kharge will respond to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s two rallies yesterday. PM Modi has made sharp attacks on Congress in the public meetings of Nahan and Mandi. Kharge will retaliate on this in Rohru.
Kharge will reach Shimla at 2.30 pm and hold a press conference here. He will return to Delhi at 4 pm.
At the same time, former National President of Congress Rahul Gandhi is coming to Himachal tomorrow. Rahul Gandhi will address public meetings in Nahan and Una. After Rahul, Priyanka Gandhi will also come to Himachal for Star Wars.
The campaign will stop on the evening of 30th May
The last phase of voting in Himachal is on June 1. Now the countdown has started. Now six days are left for the campaign. The noise of election campaign will stop in the state at 5 pm on 30th May. There will be a ban on campaigning with groups and loud speakers on May 31.
Voting is to be held on the same day for four Lok Sabha as well as six assembly seats in Himachal. For this, both the major parties have put a lot of effort into the campaign.
