The DC Office located in the heart of Hamirpur city has also received bomb threats. The office was evacuated as soon as the threatening e-mail was received. The SP Hamirpur office also runs in the same premises. After receiving the mail, the security agencies have started investigation with the dog squad.
Let us tell you, earlier the Deputy Commissioner’s Office located in Mandi and the Chief Secretary Office in Himachal Secretariat had also received bomb threats. After this, the police had increased vigilance. The administration and security agencies became alert after receiving bomb threats through e-mail. However, no explosive material was found during the investigation.
