Shimla : Campaigning is going on in Himachal Pradesh regarding the Lok Sabha elections. The opposition India Alliance is continuously attacking the ruling BJP and in Himachal Pradesh also the India Alliance has announced to contest the elections together against the BJP.
While holding a joint press conference in Shimla, India Alliance gave the message of unity of the alliance and also talked about various parties coming together to support the Congress candidates in the Lok Sabha and Assembly by-elections and to save democracy and the Constitution in the country.
In the Congress government, Education Minister Rohit Thakur, former CPI(M) MLA Rakesh Singha, Aam Aadmi Party state president Surjit Thakur and CPI held a joint press conference and accused the BJP of killing democracy.
