Shimla: The petition of the Muslim side was heard in the district court on Wednesday in the Sanjauli Mosque case. The case was heard by Judge Praveen Garg in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Shimla. Nazakat Ali Hashmi has filed a petition in the district court on behalf of the Muslim side. The Muslim side has challenged the decision of the Municipal Commissioner’s court in the petition.

Nazakat Ali Hashmi, associated with the All Himachal Muslim Association, argues that he has donated to construct this mosque. The Muslim side has argued in the petition that on what basis Mohammad Latif and Salim were appearing in the court of the Municipal Commissioner. In the petition, Nazakat Ali Hashmi has described himself as a victim.

Advocate Vishwa Bhushan appeared in the court on behalf of the Muslim side. The Muslim side argued in the court that the Sanjauli Mosque Committee is not authorized to remove the second, third and fourth floors of the three floors of the mosque. In such a situation, the Sanjauli Mosque Committee cannot offer to remove the three floors of the mosque. The Muslim side also sought a stay in the case from the district court, but the Muslim side could not get a stay from the court. The next hearing in the case is to be held on November 11. Additional District and Session Judge Praveen Garg has summoned all the records. The next hearing on this case will be held on this day.

At the same time, advocate Jagat Pal also appeared in the court on behalf of the local people of Sanjauli. He demanded that the local people have a party in this whole case. The court of Additional District and Session Judge-I, Shimla will give its verdict in this case on November 11. While talking to the media outside the court, advocate Jagat Pal said that he wanted to become a party in this case on behalf of the local people.

He said that orders have also come from the Himachal Pradesh High Court on October 21 in this whole case. The High Court has issued orders to settle the whole case by December 20. In such a situation, it is necessary to follow the orders of the High Court as soon as possible. Jagat Pal said that Nazakat Ali Hashmi, who filed the petition on behalf of the Muslim side, has himself come to Shimla from Paonta Sahib. In this entire case, he is neither a stakeholder nor a victim. On this basis, advocate Jagat Pal also raised questions on his petition.
