One Time Registration (OTR) system has been implemented in the Himachal Pradesh State Selection Commission from today. Those applying for government jobs are now relieved of the hassle of filling the form again and again. For this, the candidates will have to go to the commission’s website HPRCA.HP.GOV.IN and get registered.
The website of the Selection Commission has been opened for registration from 12 o’clock on Friday night. The unemployed have started registering. After this, now all the recruitment processes of jobs in the government sector have become completely online under this new system.
At the time of registration on the OTR system, all the candidates will have to upload documents like Aadhar card, mark sheet, birth certificate, bonafide, caste certificate, BPL once on the commission’s website. After this, the documents of all the candidates will be safe in the Digi-locker of the State Selection Commission.
At the time of registration on the OTR system, each candidate will get a unique ID number. It will be linked to Aadhaar and mobile number. Whenever the unemployed youth of the state apply for any post, they will have to write only the post code and the name of the post on that unique ID number for which they want to apply. The rest of the form will be filled automatically.
Fees of the candidate will be deducted only when he fulfills all the educational qualifications. Fees of the candidate who is not eligible will not be deducted. While this OTR system will save the time of the unemployed, there will also be no problem of the site being hacked repeatedly.
Youths will not have to visit the employment office and various offices again and again to fill the form. Due to this, this initiative of the Selection Commission is being considered a great step for the unemployed.
