Temperature of 10 cities of Himachal crosses 30 degrees

Shimla: The mountains of Himachal Pradesh have started heating up in March itself. The temperature of 10 cities of the state has crossed 30 degrees Celsius. The weather will remain completely clear for the next four to five days. This will cause a further rise of two to three degrees in the temperature.

The average maximum temperature of the state has increased by 5 degrees from normal. The temperature of many cities has increased by 7 degrees Celsius compared to normal. The temperature of Bhuntar has increased by the maximum of 7.3 degrees compared to normal and the temperature here has reached 30.6 degrees.

Shimla’s temperature rose 7 degrees above normal

The maximum temperature in Shimla has also risen by 7.0 degrees and reached 24.4 degrees. The temperature in Kalpa has risen by 6.3 degrees to 18.6 degrees, the mercury in Bilaspur has risen by 6.9 degrees to 33.8 degrees and the temperature in Manali has risen by 6.1 degrees and reached 23.8 degrees.

The minimum temperature was also higher than normal

Similarly, the temperature of other cities has also increased. The minimum temperature in most of the cities of the state has also become more than normal. There was a forecast of rain and snowfall during the last 48 hours. But this has proved wrong.

27 percent less rain than normal in March

The state has received 27 percent less rain and snowfall than normal in March. According to the Meteorological Department, the normal rainfall in the state from 1st to 27th March is 103.2 mm, but this time, only 75.7 mm of rain has fallen.

Except Shimla and Kullu, all the other 10 districts have received less rainfall than normal. Shimla has received 9 percent more rainfall than normal and Kullu has received 30 percent more rainfall. Whereas Una has received 58 percent less rainfall than normal.
