Tempo traveller-truck collision: 2 died, 11 injured

Shimla: The tempo traveller carrying devotees from Himachal Pradesh who had gone to take bath in Prayagraj Maha Kumbh met with an accident. 2 people died in this accident, while 11 devotees were injured. This has been confirmed by DC Kangra Hemraj Bairwa.

According to the information received so far, there were a total of 13 people in the Tempo Traveller and they were returning home after taking a bath. During this, their traveller collided with a truck in Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh. After this, there was a lot of commotion on the spot.

According to the information, this accident happened on Bundelkhand Expressway near Chilli village of Rath Kotwali in Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh. People from Kangra district were travelling in this traveller, who were returning from Maha Kumbh. All the people are said to be from Chadhiyar area of ​​Kangra.

During this time , the traveler collided with a truck parked on the roadside. Due to this, the front part of the traveler was badly damaged. Two people, including a woman, died in this accident, while the injured have been admitted to the local hospital.

The deceased have been identified as Nirmala alias Guddi (60) and Surendra Rana (50), while Sudarshan, Sunil Kumari, Kusum Lata, Vipul Sharma, Jeevana Devi, 25-year-old Sudesh Kumari, wife of Rajendra Sharma, Chandi Devi, Anjubala, wife of Surendra Rana, Anjana Kumari, wife of Anil Sharma, Raksha Devi, wife of Arjun Rana, Sheelarani, wife of Ashok Kumar and Tambo Devi, wife of Shantiswaroop Sharma are included.
