A woman allegedly threw an ink-like liquid at CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke while he was addressing supporters at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. The incident came shortly after Dipke announced an indefinite hunger strike following Sonam Wangchuk’s removal from the protest site.
