The suspect in the shooting has been identified as Robert Card, a firearms instructor in the US Army Reserve. Robert was admitted to a mental health facility some time ago and was recently released from there. Earlier, the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office (police) released two photos of the suspect on their Facebook page, showing a gunman entering an establishment with a weapon slung over his shoulder. The shooter is still absconding and police is looking for him.
