Another ‘blast’ outside police post in Amritsar sparks panic, police calls it ‘Radiator explosion ‘

Amritsar: Another police post in Amritsar was shaken by a blast yesterday evening. The sound of this blast was heard around 8 pm on Thursday. As per people, explosion took place outside Gumtala police post Amritsar. However, police denied anysuch claims and termed it as ‘Radiator burst’ in the car. The police issued a statement and appealed to the people to remain calm.

According to the information received, this incident happened at Gumtala post of Amritsar. ACP Shivdarshan Singh blast was heard but investigation revealed that the car’s radiator had burst. Coolant had also leaked from his radiator and the front glass of the car was also cracked.

ACP Shivdarshan denied any incident related to explosion and advised everyone to stay away from rumors being spread.

Immediately after the incident, a post was made viral by the Khalistani terrorist organization Babbar International. In which it was written “Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh. I, Happy Pasiyan, take responsibility for the grenade attack on the policemen in Gumtala police station today. Recently, two of our brothers were kidnapped from their homes and shot in the legs in a fake fight and one of them’s legs were cut off by them. This is the answer to that.”

The post further read, “Just like they are kidnapping our brothers and creating fake fights and harassing the families, now their families will be targeted in the same way. Whether it is the family of a soldier or the family of a big police officer. Brick will be answered with stone. Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh. “
