Chandigarh : Shiromani Akali Dal Leader Bikram Singh Majithia slams at BJP government to announce vacancies in Chandigarh health sector. He says that this is openly snatching of Punjab’s rights.
He said, “Central government is taking away the right of Chandigarh of Punjab by issuing notification for recruitment in health sector in Chandigarh.”
He said that slowly centre government is taking all the rights of chandigarh from Punjab. Centre told to diminishes the 60:40 ratio which implies that 60% punjabis and 40% of Haryanvis can get employment in Chandigarh but now centre government is trying to snatch all our rights.
He said that today Centre government has ended all the rights and claims of Chandigarh from Punjab and they had started to recruit people with itself.
He himself posted this notification on his X handle and asked people to aware about it and also condemn this action of centre government
At the same time he also asked Sunil Jakhar (Pradhan of Punjab BJP) that he really believe that Chandigarh is of Punjab if he do so then this notification should be canceled.
