New Delhi: Congress MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa on Thursday said that the Aam Aadmi Party had not done any development in Delhi which they can highlight in poll campaigns.
Randhawa while speaking with the media said that emphasized that the Congress is fully prepared for the Delhi Assembly polls.
He also said that the congress party is fully prepared to contest Delhi assembly elections. There has been no development in Delhi after Sheila Dikshit’s tenure. Arvind Kejriwal cannot tell about a single development work done by him in Delhi.
“The people of Delhi are tired of his lies. It is very shameful that many AAP leaders went to jail. Arvind Kejriwal had said that he would never take any security, government house but now he has Z+ security, good car, house,” the Congress leader said.
Further, Sukhjinder Randhawa claimed that Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann is merely trying to “save his chair,” pointing to earlier speculations about his removal after the Delhi elections.
“Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann is just saving his chair. Earlier also, when Arvind Kejriwal walked out (of jail), they said that he (Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann) would be removed as the Chief Minister. Now they are saying that he will be removed (as the Punjab CM) after the Delhi elections,” he added.
“Arvind Kejriwal will lose the elections with a very big margin,” Randhawa claimed.
Earlier, Congress leader Ajay Maken on Wednesday accused Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal of committing a health-related scam worth Rs 382 crore.
