Two factories in Gadaipur suddenly caught fire at around 4 am today in Jalandhar. The fire was so fierce that the smoke from the factory fire was visible from a kilometer away. As soon as the information was received, teams of the Jalandhar Fire Brigade began an investigation.
The fire could not be controlled even after three hours. Thankfully, there has been no loss of life in this incident so far. Jalandhar City Police teams have also reached the spot, which are removing people from the spot.
According to the information received, the fire brigade teams were informed about the entire incident at around 4:15 am. After which the teams moved the fire brigade party of Jalandhar Fire Brigade Office and a private factory in the Gadaipur area to the said place.
Both the factories built in Gadaipur, adjacent to the Focal Point of Jalandha,r used to make tires and rubber. A large amount of such material was lying in both factories, which is flammable. The residents of the area were the first to know about the fire.
After which, the factory owners and fire brigade teams were informed. Let us tell you that at the moment it is not clear what is the cause of the fire. After extinguishing the fire, the teams will investigate whether any safety arrangements were made by the factory owners for the safety of flammable material lying inside the factory or not.
If any irregularities are found in the investigation, action will be taken in the matter. At present, the teams will be able to clarify something in the matter only after extinguishing the fire. Thankfully, there has been no loss of life in the incident.
