A young man was beaten fiercely by some unknown people in village Dad located on Pakkhowal Road in Ludhiana, Punjab. There is also information about firing at the spot. The attackers attacked both the legs of the young man named Baldeep Singh with sharpen weapons. The injured Baldeep Singh was admitted to the civil hospital in serious condition but the family members took him to another private hospital.
The family members have made serious allegations against a political Leader of abetting the attackers. They allege that on the instigation of Leader, roads for illegal colonies are being wrongly laid. When they protest, they are being beaten.
Elder Brother Balkar Singh of Baldeep Singh told that, Baldeep Bansal was standing with his friends in Market Sarabha Nagar. Then some village people and other unknown youth came with weapons. They attacked him with sharp weapons.
