Mumbai: Rashmika Mandanna took to Instagram on Wednesday evening to share a heartfelt note on kindness, urging everyone to be more compassionate. Posting a series of pictures, she wrote, “Kindness is so underrated these days. I choose kindness and everything that comes with it. Let’s all be kind to each other.” Her message came just hours after a viral video of her and rumoured boyfriend Vijay Deverakonda surfaced online, sparking criticism against the actor.

The clip, shared on Reddit, showed Rashmika struggling to walk due to a leg injury while Vijay walked ahead and got into his car without assisting her. This led to backlash from netizens, who called him “insensitive” for not helping. Rashmika had sustained the injury during a gym session on 12th January. Meanwhile, on the professional front, she is preparing for the release of Chhaava, a historical drama starring Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, which is set to hit cinemas on 14th February.
