Shimla: There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall again in the higher regions of Himachal Pradesh tomorrow. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), Western Disturbance is becoming active for three days from tomorrow. Due to this, there will be light snowfall in the higher regions of Chamba, Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti till March 21.
The weather will become clear across the state from March 22. According to IMD, the sun will shine across the state today as well. Similarly, the weather will remain clear in plains and low altitude areas for the next five days. This will cause a slight rise in temperature.
After the rain and snowfall last week, a drop in temperature was recorded. The average maximum temperature of the state has dropped 1 degree below normal. The mercury of most cities of the state is still below normal. The maximum drop of 4.1 degrees has been seen in the minimum temperature of Keylong. The maximum temperature here has remained at 2.9 degrees.

The temperature of 4 cities of the state is still in minus. The minimum temperature of Keylong is minus 5.1 degrees, Kalpa is minus 2.6 degrees, Kukumsari is minus 1.7 degrees and Tabo is minus 4.1 degrees.
18 percent more rain than normal in March
During the month of March, the state has received 18 percent more rain than normal. Between 1st and 17th March, 63.8 mm rain falls, but this time 75.6 mm rain has fallen.
