Ludhiana: The syndicate of the Lawrence Gang, actively involved in ongoing extortion and violent incidents across Canada, has sent a letter directly challenging the British Columbia Police. In the letter, the gang claims to have over 1,000 “foot soldiers,” or ground-level shooters, currently active within Canada.

Following the emergence of this letter, an atmosphere of panic has gripped Canada’s security apparatus as well as the South Asian community residing there particularly merchants of Indian and Punjabi origin. This revelation came to light on Thursday during an ongoing deportation hearing in Canada.
According to Canadian media reports, a lead investigator into extortion cases—a detective with the Edmonton Police Service testified before the Immigration and Refugee Board, stating that the letter in question had arrived at the Abbotsford Police Station in British Columbia on August 13, 2025.
Investigation into the Letter’s Contents and Sources
The letter has exposed a network of organized crime in Canada that is linked to Lawrence Bishnoi, who is currently incarcerated in an Indian jail. The Canadian police are now conducting a thorough investigation into both the contents of the letter and its origins.
