What was the matter?
The entire dispute concerns a Bharat Petroleum petrol pump located in Bharat Nagar. The victim has leveled serious allegations against the manager and the owner. Jaskaran Kaur, the victim who has been employed at this petrol pump for approximately two and a half years alleges that the manager had been subjecting her to unwanted and indecent behavior for a long time.
According to the woman, he would often hold her hand while she was depositing cash collected from customers and would deliberately brush his shoulder against hers while passing by. Furthermore, he would follow her to the lunch room during breaks, causing her severe mental stress. The Owner’s Threats and Insensitive Attitude
The victim stated that when she complained to the petrol pump owner about the harassment, she was told to remain silent instead of being offered justice. It is alleged that, rather than examining the CCTV footage or questioning the manager, the owner attempted to intimidate her by flaunting his high-level connections. In the process, an attempt was made to portray the victim herself as being at fault.
