New Delhi: In the hearing, ED while presenting its side said that Arvind Kejriwal is the Kingpin of the liquor policy scam. ED explained the grounds of arrest in the file of 36 pages.
ED said that Kejriwal had an important role in the formation of policy. ED even said that money from the liquor policy was used in the Goa assembly elections.
