New Delhi: India’s National Security Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh on Lawrence Bishnoi gang’s main handler Anmol Bishnoi. India’s security agency has taken this decision after Anmol’s role came to light in the Baba Siddiqui murder case. During the interrogation of the shooters by the Mumbai Crime Branch, Anmol’s name had prominently surfaced in the murder. After this now the NIA has announced the reward.
Let us tell you that the Lawrence gang henchmen who were after Bollywood actor Salman Khan had also fired at his house in the past. Anmol’s name had also come up in that case. Mumbai Police have already issued a lookout notice to Bishnoi regarding this. Now, the NIA has also taken action and placed a reward of Rs 10 lakh.
Preliminary investigation suggests that it is possible that Siddiqui was murdered due to his close relationship with actor Salman Khan. Digital evidence has revealed that Anmol Bishnoi was in contact with a shooter and a conspirator Praveen Lonkar. There are indications that Anmol was in contact with the accused from Canada and the US.
According to sources, investigators have found several Snapchat accounts used to contact the accused. Some of these accounts are linked to Anmol Bishnoi. An officer said, we are checking the details of these accounts, but we are sure that one of them is linked to Bishnoi. Four mobile phones have been seized from the accused.
