Itanagar: After the arrival of monsoon, rain has started in some states. Officials said that due to cloud burst in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh this morning (23 June), landslides and flood-like situations are being created in many places.
Officials said that heavy rains have been occurring in Arunachal Pradesh for the last few weeks. However, the situation has improved in the last two days, but due to cloud burst on Sunday, many areas had to face problems due to landslides.

An official of the Disaster Management Department informed that a cloud burst occurred at around 10.30 am today, after which reports of landslides came from many parts of Itanagar and its surrounding areas, while flood-like situation was seen in many parts of NH-415.
Advice is being given to move towrds safe places
Seeing the situation after the cloud burst, the district administration has forbidden people from going to rivers and landslide prone areas. The administration has given strict instructions not to go to the danger areas. At the same time, officials say that in view of heavy rains, people have been advised to move towards safe places. At the same time, the district administration has established seven designated places as relief camps.
