CM Yogi adityanath orders FIR against Ansal Group

The recent actions surrounding the Ansal Group case in Lucknow have drawn significant attention, with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath taking a firm stance against the company’s alleged fraudulent practices. The decision to order the immediate registration of FIRs and the initiation of insolvency proceedings by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) signal the government’s commitment to protecting the rights and interests of homebuyers.

An immediate directive for the registration of FIRs against Ansal Group, particularly in districts where similar complaints have emerged. This aims to ensure accountability for the company’s alleged wrongdoings.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the state government is prioritizing the protection of the interests of aggrieved homebuyers and ensuring that their grievances are addressed through legal means.

 A committee will be set up, involving the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) and affected buyers, to gather and present strong evidence against the Ansal Group. This collaborative effort will support the legal process, helping build a case that can lead to effective legal action.

The government is determined to hold the Ansal Group accountable for its alleged fraudulent practices, with the objective of ensuring justice for the affected buyers and preventing such incidents in the future.
