ED Raids AAP MP Sanjeev Arora’s Residence in Money Laundering Investigation

ED raids AAP MP Sanjeev Arora's house in Punjab in money laundering case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids on the residence of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora on Monday, as part of an investigation into a money laundering case related to land fraud. Sources indicate that multiple locations associated with Arora in Punjab’s Ludhiana district were targeted during the operation.

Manish Sisodia, a prominent AAP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, took to social media platform X to express his views on the raids, claiming they are part of an orchestrated effort to undermine the AAP. He highlighted a pattern of ED actions against several party leaders, including Arvind Kejriwal, himself, Sanjay Singh, and Satyendra Jain, suggesting that despite numerous raids, no substantial evidence has been uncovered against them.

Sisodia criticized the actions of the central government, asserting that “Modiji’s agencies” are fabricating cases to dismantle the party. He firmly stated that AAP members will remain resilient, refusing to be intimidated or compromised in their principles.
