Farmers’ Protest:- Efforts Have To Be Made From Both Ends To Reach To Consensus: Arjun Munda

Ranchi (Jharkhand): Of course, even after four meetings, the central government ministers have not been able to find any solution on the farmers’ issues. But Union Minister Arjun Munda said that the problem will be solved only through talks and he is also ready for the next round of meetings. He expressed confidence that he will find a solution to the demands of the farmers.

Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda said that several rounds of discussions with the farmers were held and more efforts have to be made from both ends to reach a consensus.

“I would like to say that meaningful talks have been held in the several rounds of discussions with farmers. But more hard work will have to be put in by both sides for agreement over a few issues. Govt of India is committed to work for the interest of farmers and it is doing that,” said Arjun Munda
Munda is amidst the team of Union leaders who held discussions with the farmer leaders. The ongoing ‘Delhi Chalo’ march has been put to a two-day halt to take stock of the ongoing situation.
