Former BJP MLA Jalam Singh Rawlot's son dies in road accident

Jaipur: The son of former BJP MLA Jalam Singh Rawlot, Nipun Raj Singh, tragically lost his life in a road accident in Jodhpur. The incident occurred late Friday night on Pal Road, within the jurisdiction of Chaupasni Housing Board police station, when Nipun, aged 26, was returning home.

Nipun’s relative, 25-year-old Parth Rathore, was also in the car and sustained serious injuries. According to Ratnaram, the Head Constable of Chaupasni Housing Board police station, the accident took place when the car, traveling at high speed, lost control, crossed a low divider, and swerved into the opposite lane.

Eyewitnesses reported the crash and rushed to the scene, helping the victims and taking them to AIIMS Hospital. Despite medical efforts, Nipun succumbed to his injuries, while Rathore is currently receiving treatment.

Nipun was from Satto village in Jaisalmer district, and his father, Jalam Singh Rawlot, was the former district president of the BJP in Barmer. His untimely death has left the region in shock, with BJP workers and supporters expressing their grief.

Sheo MLA Ravindra Singh Bhati expressed his condolences on social media, writing, “The news of Nipun Raj Singh’s untimely demise is heartbreaking. My deepest condolences are with the grieving family. May God grant peace to his soul and give strength to his family to bear this immense loss.”
