Varanasi: One of those people who are happy after the death of Gangster turned politician Mukhtar Ansari is the family of Krishnanand Rai. Krishnanand Rai a former MLA of BJP was killed by Mukhtar Ansari in 2005.
Today wife of Krishnanand Rai, Alka Rai said that this is the blessing of the almighty. She added that she used to pray for justice and justice has been served to them. She even added that today it’s Holi for their family.
Alka Rai said, “What can I say? This is the blessing of the Almighty. I used to pray to him for justice and the justice has been served today. We never celebrated Holi after the incident (the murder), I felt that today is Holi for us.”
The Son of the Killed BJP MLA Piyush Rai said this is the blessing of Baba Vishwanath and Baba Gorakhnath.
Mukhtar Ansari died of cardiac arrest
Gangster turned Politician Mukhtar Ansari, who became synonymous with terror in the districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh, died of a heart attack in a hospital in Banda on Thursday.
Preparations are underway for the last rites of gangster-turned-politician Mukhtar Ansari in Ghazipur’s Kali Bagh cemetery.
