Case registered at Sardulgarh Police Station

According to MLA Gurpreet Singh Banawali, the Rajya Sabha seat became vacant after Sanjeev Arora’s resignation, and a by-election was scheduled for October 24. Rajinder Gupta was nominated as the party’s candidate. During this time, Navneet Chaturvedi, a resident of Jaipur, allegedly forged the signatures of MLA Gurpreet Singh Banawali and other leaders to show support for his nomination. This forgery came to light later.

MLA Gurpreet Singh Banawali filed a complaint regarding this matter at the Sardulgarh police station. The police registered a case against the accused, but he has not yet been arrested. In this connection, the accused had filed an anticipatory bail application in the Mansa court, which the court has now rejected.
