Mansa: BJP State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Kewal Singh Dhillon, visited Parminder Singh Jhota’s Insaaf Morcha in Mansa. He shared his grief with Parminder Singh’s father, Bhim Singh, and his mother.
Speaking on the occasion, Kewal Singh Dhillon said that Parminder Singh Jhota, who raised his voice against drug abuse, was our warrior, who sacrificed his life to save the youth of Punjab from drugs. He was fighting a major battle to save the youth of Punjab from drug abuse, and his sacrifice will always be remembered.
Kewal Singh Dhillon said that the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab has ruined Punjab by sacrificing it to drugs. The Aam Aadmi Party government had claimed to eradicate drug abuse within three months, but today, under this government’s rule, drugs are being sold in every household. Instead of curbing drug abuse, voices raised against drug abuse are being silenced.
He said that this isn’t just Parminder Singh’s case; previously, Gulzar Singh of Toor Vanjara was forced to commit suicide for speaking out against drug abuse. Many young people, including singer Sidhu Moosewala and kabaddi player Sandeep Nangal Ambian, have been murdered under the AAP government in Punjab, but their families have yet to receive justice.
He stated that there was no hope of justice from the Punjab government in the Parminder Singh Jhota murder case, which is why he had written to the Punjab Governor on the very first day demanding a CBI investigation.
He stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s central government has taken this matter seriously, and Home Minister Amit Shah has sought answers from the Punjab government in three cases, including that of Parminder Singh Jhota, and that the Punjab government will have no answer. He stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party will support the family at every level to ensure justice in the Parminder Singh Jhota murder case.
During his address on this occasion, Kewal Singh Dhillon called on the people of Punjab to protest against the Aam Aadmi Party government with black turbans, black scarves, and black flags until justice is served for Parminder Singh Jhota. This call was accepted by Parminder Singh’s father and the gathering amid cheers.
