Jakhar said – MSP does not benefit the farmers of Punjab

On Sunday, Punjab BJP chief Sunil Jakhar gave a statement regarding the agitation. He said that the legal guarantee of MSP of crops is harmful for the farmers of Punjab. The farmers of Punjab and Haryana are given MSP by the Center on the purchase of wheat and paddy, but with the implementation of MSP at the national level, the farmers will have to lose the benefits they get under the current system.
