In a major administrative reshuffle in Punjab, 4 PCS and 3 IAS officers have been transferred.
Konpalpreet Brar, an IAS officer from the 2007 batch, has been transferred from the NRIs wing to the Urban Development Department.
Also, IAS officer Apneet Riyat from the 2011 batch has been appointed as the Special Secretary Personal.
Similarly, Upkar Singh, an IAS officer from the 2015 batch, has been appointed as the Special Secretary Revenue.
Among PCS officers, Amarinder Singh has been appointed as DC Rural Development Fazilka, Arshdeep Singh as RTIO Amritsar, Amanpreet Singh as RTIO Jalandhar and Opinderjit Kaur Brar as Assistant Commissioner (General) Sangrur.
