Amritsar: BSF recovers drone carrying over 7.4 Kg of Ice (Meth)

In a major breakthrough, alert BSF troops recovered a drone carrying a huge consignment of ice drug. The recovery was made after precise information from the BSF Intelligence wing.

BSF troops, acting on the information, launched a strategic late-night operation along the Amritsar border.

During the operation, a drone was detected and successfully neutralized using advanced counter-drone technology by the troops.

In the post-midnight search, BSF recovered one assembled drone with a black bag tied to it. On inspection, 07 packets of ICE (Methamphetamine), which grossly weighed 7.470 kg, were found inside.

The consignment was retrieved from an irrigated field near Village Mode, District Amritsar.
