Bathinda: The Bathinda police has arrested two drug smugglers and recovered 205 grams of heroin have been from the accused. The police have registered a case against the accused. Soon, the accused will be produced in court, and a remand will be obtained. Two accused were arrested with 205 grams of heroin.
A case under the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused at the City Rampura police station. SP City Narinder Singh said that the police party of CIA Staff-1 Bathinda got success when the police party was going towards Barnala Road, Rampura, in connection with the checking of suspicious persons. On this basis, the police of City Rampura checked two persons on the basis of suspicion.
During the investigation, heroin was recovered from both persons, the total quantity of which was 205 grams. Police have arrested Rahul and Manveer Singh, residents of Rampura, and presented them to the honorable court.
