Bathinda: Under the leadership of Bathinda’s SDP, Ajay Gandhi, police teams conducted a checking campaign at various hotels and dhabas late on Sunday night. During this, the police team checked the records of the hotels and took information about the guests staying in the hotels. Instructions were given that if anyone looks suspicious, inform the police immediately.
SPD Ajay Gandhi said that under night patrolling, Bathinda Police conducted a checking campaign at the city’s railway station, bus stand, and hotels located at different places. Information was taken about the people staying in the hotel, and records were checked.
Apart from this, dhaba owners who were open till late at night have been warned. It was said that if the dhabas are kept open till late at night, strict action will be taken against them. He said that given 15 August, Bath Police is keeping an eye on every inch. Vehicles are being checked by setting up blockades at various places in the city.
