Big decision of CM Mann, Family of deceased Shubh Karan Singh to get Financial help of 1 crore

Chandigarh: In a major decision of Punjab Government, the family of deceased youth farmer Shubh Karan Singh will be given financial assistance of  Rs 1 crore. Apart from this, a government job will be given to his younger sister.

In a post on X, he said, “The family of Shubkaran Singh, who was martyred during the farmer’s movement on the Khanuri border, will be given financial assistance of 1 crore rupees by the Punjab government and a government job to his younger sister….Due legal action will be taken against the culprits..”

Who Is Shubh Karan Singh?

 Shubh Karan Singh, a 20-year-old farmer of Ballo village in Bathinda, died due to a bullet in the head during the firing on the farmers, who were marching towards Delhi today.

The young farmer Shubh Karan Singh was the owner of only three acres of land and had gone to the Khanuri Punjab Haryana border in the Kisan movement three to four days ago.

Shubh Karan Singh was the only brother of his two sisters. This incident has been confirmed by the Punjab vice president of Bharatiya Kisan Union Ekta Malwa, Gurwinder Singh Balo, and the farmers’ leaders have demanded from the Punjab government that the family members of the deceased young farmer should be compensated and his debts should be waived.
