In the drug smuggling case registered against SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia in Punjab, the court has kept its decision pending for May 28 in the matter of seeking a search warrant through the court by SIT and the copy of warrants filed by Bikram Singh Majithia.
According to the information, an application has been filed by Bikram Majithia’s lawyers to obtain a copy of the application filed by SIT for obtaining the search warrant. At the same time, FIR number 2/21 has been registered against Bikram Singh Majithia under sections 25, 27A and 29 of the NDPS Act in Police Station State Crime Phase-4 Mohali. In this case, the challan has not been presented in the court by the SIT yet.
It is worth mentioning that on the orders of the Punjab government, an SIT has been formed in this case, in which IPS officer Varun Sharma, who is also SSP Patiala, is investigating the matter.
This case was registered in the year 2022 during the Congress government. At that time the SI said that six to 10 FIRs have been registered in the Bhola drugs case. The court has given its verdict in those FIRs. It is not possible to include Majithia’s name after the verdict. After this, the case was registered in the year 2022 during the Congress government. After this, he also went to jail.

The head of the SIT investigating the drug smuggling case related to Bikram Majithia was changed a few days ago. Now AIG Varun Sharma has been made the head. Earlier DIG HS Bhullar was the SIT head. Apart from this, 2 more officers have been changed.
