Jalandhar: BJP Mahila Morcha Jalandhar Chief Aarti Rajput has resigned from all posts of BJP. In a video shared by Aarti Rajput herself, she said that she has resigned from all posts of BJP.
The resignation came ahead of the Lok Sabha elections when the party decided to field AAP turncoat Sushil Kumar Rinku from the Jalandhar seat.
Aarti said that when BJP meetings were held before the elections, many things were discussed. Aarti said that but not a single thing has been accepted by the party. At the same time, she said that she has no enmity with Sushil Rinku and Sheetal Angural. She said that her demand was that ticket should have been given to any BJP candidate from Jalandhar.
Aarti opposed the idea of giving tickets to people to whom they have opposed. She said that she would like to become a social worker instead of doing politics. Let us tell you that, leaders from opposition are being included in the party and tickets for Lok sabha elections are give to them. Due to which today the BJP leader has resigned from the party in protest against this.
