Chandigarh: Bollywood actress and Himachal MP Kangana Ranaut was slapped by a female CISF employee. This incident happened when Kangana was going from Chandigarh airport to Delhi. After which the female employee has been taken into custody. It is being told that the female employee was angry about Kangana’s statement about farmers.
The name of the female employee is Kulwinder Kaur, who is a resident of Kapurthala, Punjab. Kulwinder Kaur was married about 6 years ago in Jammu and her husband is also in CISF.
Kulwinder has 2 children daughter is 6 to 7 years old and a son is 5 to 6 years old. She was posted in Chandigarh for two and a half years.
The female employee’s brother Sher Singh said that he came to know about the incident only from the news. We have not spoken to her. We cannot say anything until we talk to her.
Sher said that there is nothing wrong in supporting the farmers’ movement. Farmers are fighting for the country. I myself am associated with the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee. Kulwinder is younger than me. She has been in service for 16 years. She has previously been posted in Kerala, Chennai and Amritsar. She was never seen angry.
After slapping, the female employee said that a statement by Kangana Ranaut had come recently. She had said that women are sitting in protest for Rs 100 each and her feelings were hurt after this statement. She said that my mother was also involved in that protest.
