In this operation, police also recovered a pistol and 5 live cartridges. A bike has also been recovered which was planned to carry out the attack. In this Police also arrested an Insider finance firm employee. As per the police, Goldy Brar & Goldy Dhillon were also involved in a firing incident at a businessman’s residence in Chandigarh in January 2024. Both Goldy Brar & Goldy Dhillon on NIA’s wanted list with ₹10 Lakh reward.
Firing at Business Mann house after extortion Calls
In January 2024 a case came to light in which first a businessman received extortion calls and later after few days bullets were opened fire at his residence. the case was registered at unidentified miscreants. The incident shook everyone as residence of the business is just a few meters away from the UT DGP’s residence. The incident took place in a VVIP area. After the firing incident, security was provided by the UT police.
