CM Mann Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar visit: Launches sharp attack on Sukhbir Badal, says ‘Apologies are for mistakes, not crime’

Jalandhar: CM Bhagwant Mann, who arrived at the Van Mahotsav function in Hoshiarpur, today once again attacked Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) chief Sukhbir Badal without naming him in the sacrilege case. He said that some people are apologizing for their mistakes.

“Apologies are made for mistakes, not for crimes. Crimes are committed deliberately. We also have a case going on. Some new evidence has come to us. There will be big revelations in a few days. Everyone is in pain, they will get punishment. First of all, the culprits have investigated themselves”, said CM Mann.

During the program here in Hoshiarpur, he went to the exhibition set up there and took stock of the products. He also encouraged the people who brought products to the exhibition.

On this occasion, Minister Brahm Shankar Jimpa and MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal and district administration officials were also present with him. During this, he also planted saplings.

Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann is on visit to Hoshiarpur and Jalandhar today. During his visit, he will attend the state-level Van Mahotsav function in Hoshiarpur in the morning. Later he will reach Phillaur in the afternoon where he will be giving appointment letters to 443 youth recruited in the police department. In view of CM Mann’s visit in Hoshiarpur and Phillaur, proper arrangements in regard of security have been made by the police. The administration is making all efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of all programs of CM Mann.

CM will be handing over appointment letters to nearly 443 youths today in Phillaur. The Punjab Government under the leadership of CM Bhagwant Mann has claimed to give record number of jobs in the past 2.5 years.

Earlier before the elections in Jalandhar, CM Bhagwant had rented a house. He had decided there that he would stay in Jalandhar two days a week and listen to the problems of the people. By this move, he aimed to target the people of Majha and Doaba.
