Construction work at Railway Station: 14 trains cancelled from tomorrow for 47 days

Ferozepur (Punjab): Construction work is going on at Ludhiana railway station. Due to this, 14 trains have been cancelled from 15 November to 31 December. Both Platforms numbered 6 and 7 will remain closed for about 47 days. There will be no movement on these two platforms and entry of passengers will be prohibited. After the completion of the work on 31 December, 14 trains will be started again.

This information was given by Senior DCM Paramdeep Singh Saini of Ferozepur Division. Let us tell you that earlier when the work was going on on platform number 1, it lasted for about 3 to 4 months. During that time platform number 1 was kept completely closed. Construction work is at its peak at the railway station.

These trains were cancelled

Railways informed that train numbers 04997/98 Ludhiana-Firozpur, 14614/13 Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 14629/30 Chandigarh-Firozpur, 04743/44 Hisar-Ludhiana, 04509/10 Jakhal-Ludhiana, 04579/04504 Hisar-Ludhiana, 04745 Churu-Ludhiana and 04746 Ludhiana-Hisar have been cancelled for 47 days. According to officials, more trains can be cancelled if needed.
